We take pride in our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will work with you for a period of 30 days after your full payment has been received to correct the issue and win your satisfaction, after which, in the unlikely event you remain unsatisfied, you may be issued a refund.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment.
Refund requests are limited to consultation services only; in no event shall a refund be issued when the client, customer, donor or enrollee has already taken receipt of, or Abius Group has delivered or provided access to the client, customer, donor or enrollee any tangible products, including but not limited to: access to digital or hard-copy manuals, training or other materials or licenses; affiliate, third-party, or vendor programs, CRMs, websites or platforms, etc.
